We are happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note, for goods returned within 7 days of purchase. All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused with all tags attached. Returns freight cost are customers expense. If you have product you
wish to return please contact us on info@estella-rose.com or through the website. We will endeavour to action all refunds/credits within 7 working days of receipt.
If a product is faulty we will happily replace or refund. Please contact info@estella-rose.com toadvise of any faulty item.

South Island 2-3 working days
Rural delivery will take a day longer than this.
Worldwide orders will be sent via air post. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery.
We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping within New Zealand and Australia
